Booking confirmation:
The reservation is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed, if received in writing and followed by payment of a deposit equal to 30%. The payment of the deposit can be done with money order, wire transfer or by credit card.

Terms of cancellation:
Generally apply European standards that govern the cancellation of trips and stays in hotel, wich are charged before the canceled trips and stays not enjoyed for arriving late, no show and suspensions.

Methods of payment:
Cash or  credit cards.
